Application of thermal conductivity materials in household appliances

Thermal conductivity materials are widely used, in addition to common electronic equipment, home appliances will also be used, such as TV sets, refrigerators, electric fans, lamps, computers, routers and so on.

And most of the above electrical equipment is limited in size, can not be specially installed external radiator for cooling, so the heat dissipation system of household appliances is mostly installed on the heat source of electrical appliances, excess heat through the contact between the radiator and the heat source guided to the heat dissipation module.

Thermal interface materials are auxiliary materials for heat transfer of equipment. There are many kinds of thermal interface materials, such as thermal grease, thermal gel, thermal silica gel sheet, thermal phase change sheet, thermal silica gel sheet, silicone-free thermal pad, carbon fiber thermal pad, thermal wave absorption material and so on.

The function of the thermal conductive interface material is to fill the gap between the radiator and the device heat source, remove the air in the gap, reduce the thermal contact resistance between the two, so as to improve the heat dissipation. The transfer rate between the two improves the heat dissipation effect.

Although there are many types of thermal interface materials, they are not universal in all situations. Each thermal interface material has its own unique selling point, with different effects in different situations. Customers need to choose according to the characteristics of the occasion.
